Mark 11:25

...

Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him [drop the issue, let it go], so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions and wrongdoings [against Him and others].

Remark:

Forgiveness can be really hard sometimes. However, forgiving others is a prerequisite for having our sins forgiven by the Father in Heaven. When we sin against God and repent, we yearn to be forgiven and the burden of guilt taken away. Forgiveness gives us a sense of peace. Since we want others to treat us the way we wish to be treated, may we be willing forgive anything against anyone in order to receive the forgiveness God wants to give us.
