Imagine the fear and uncertainty that gripped the Israelites as they stood at the edge of the sea, with no apparent way of escape. It was in this desperate moment that Moses spoke the words of Exodus 14:14, offering them a powerful invitation to surrender their worries and anxieties and to find peace in God's presence. So this verse encourages us to do likewise, have faith, and trust in God's sovereignty and ability to deliver us. Like the Israelites, we are called to be still and let God fight on our behalf. It is a humbling reminder that we are not alone in our struggles, for we have a mighty and loving God ready to provide protection, guidance, and deliverance. We only need to be still and let Him do it. Amen"
